Customer satisfaction is our number one priority. Any Pro Headshot Studio customer can retake their headshot at no cost, no questions asked. We always include a link with your finished headshots to schedule a free retake if you don’t like them.
Within 24 hours of visiting Pro Headshot Studio we text and email you a Dropbox link containing your finished headshots. You can download and share your headshots straight from this link.
Our headshots are non-refundable, but they are able to be easily rescheduled. If for any reason you cannot make your appointment, simply using the booking management link in your appointment confirmation to reschedule your headshot to a more convenient time.
